Downloaded a DS and a GBA emulator last night, also downloaded Pokemon Emerald and Pokemon Platinum.
I must say, I'm doing quite well, despite the fact that I've only received my starter and defeated my rival's (or my 'friend', as he's known in Platinum) Pokemon. I chose a Treeko in Emerald, and a Chimchar in Platinum. I named them both Richard.
Platinum seems to be lagging a bit, though, which is pissing me off quite a bit. Also, the emulator closes itself after about half an hour of gameplay, so if I don't save at regular intervals, I'm fucked.
